Freight Charges

Auckland Metro: $9.00
Short Haul (Whangarei to Thames & Hamilton): $12.00

**Any item under 2kg in weight will be shipped Nationwide for $9.00. You will be notified prior to shipping of the reduced shipping cost.

Framed Mirrors

Please contact us to enquire about freight charges for mirrors. Include the size and style of mirror when you enquire. 

Production Times

All orders for framed mirrors will be dispatched by the next working day after receipt of the order. Photo frames are usually all made to order, as they are different to the stock carried in our retail stores. As this is the case, photo frames will either be dispatched the same day or within 3 days from receipt of the order.

Canvas prints take at least 3 days to produce. This allows for drying time of the ink and protective coating. Most canvas prints are dispatched within 5 working days.

Delivery Information

We confirm all on-line orders by return email. For international or large orders, we will advise of any additional delivery costs at this time.

After we notify you that your order has been processed, it will arrive to the specified delivery address within 2-3 working days. All freight charges include courier costs and packaging.

To ensure that your item arrives the way it should, each is order is individually packaged by wrapping the frame at least twice in bubble wrap or polyethylene foam sheeting, taking care to use sufficient padding to protect the edges. Your item is then wrapped in strong corrugated cardboard, or placed in a box for bulk orders.

If your item arrives broken, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel and a replacement will be arranged. You will have to return the original item to us. Our carrier has insurance to cover these mishaps.

If your item isn't what you expected, notify us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel and we will replace the item for you. The original item will need to be returned to us, and the cost of sending the item back is your responsibility.

If we happen to send the wrong item, notify us immediately and we will arrange collection of the item and dispatch the correct item.
