Framed Mirrors

Please contact us to enquire about freight charges for mirrors. Include the size and style of mirror when you enquire. 

Production Times

All orders for framed mirrors will be dispatched by the next working day after receipt of the order. Photo frames are usually all made to order, as they are different to the stock carried in our retail stores. As this is the case, photo frames will either be dispatched within 5 working days from receipt of the order. For orders of 10 or more frames you will be notified of the production time - up to 2 weeks for orders of 100 or more.

Custom size frames will go through with our normal custom framing process which is a 7 day turnaround for production then you should allow up to 2 days for delivery.

Canvas prints take at least 5 days to produce. This allows for drying time of the ink and protective coating. Most canvas prints are dispatched within 5 working days.

Delivery Information

For large orders, we will advise of any additional delivery costs at this time.

To ensure that your item arrives the way it should, each order is wrapped in bubble wrap then depending on the quantity or size, has a sheet of 3mm thick MDF placed on the front and back to add even greater protection to the frame, glass and backing. The order is then wrapped in corrugated cardboard. Bulk orders of smaller frames are shipped in a durable cardboard box.

If your item arrives broken, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel and a replacement will be arranged. You will have to return the original item to us. Our carrier has insurance to cover these mishaps. Once you have signed for the delivery the liability of the courier company finishes.

IF THE PARCEL APPEARS DAMAGED IN ANYWAY DO NOT SIGN FOR THE PARCEL - OPEN IT IN THE PRESENCE OF THE COURIER.

If your item isn't what you expected, notify us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel and we will replace the item for you. The original item will need to be returned to us, and the cost of sending the item back is your responsibility. Refunds are not available on items custom made to measurements you provide us with. Refunds are only available on standard sizes as long as they are returned in a saleable condition.

IF YOU ORDER THE WRONG SIZE, A HANDLING CHARGE WILL APPLY ON ORDERS OF 10 OR MORE FRAMES.

If we happen to send the wrong item, notify us immediately and we will arrange collection of the item and dispatch the correct item.
